Plumbing Apprentice

As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will dive into the world of plumbing, learning the intricacies of the trade. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong mechanical inclination and a sincere commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential.  The Plumbing Apprentice class starts February 3, 2025. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Learn and Assist: Collaborate with experienced plumbing technicians to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential settings 

• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner, attentively listening to their needs and suggesting appropriate solutions 

• Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to identify opportunities for additional plumbing services or products that can enhance customer satisfaction 

• Problem Solving: Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues, ensuring customer contentment 

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to uphold a secure work environment for yourself and your team 

Qualifications: 

• Mechanical Inclination: Strong interest and aptitude in plumbing systems with a willingness to learn about plumbing technology 

• Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for helping people and a dedication to providing exceptional plumbing service 

• Sales Enthusiast: Enjoy engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to enhance their plumbing experience 

• Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new plumbing technologies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment 

• Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team 

• Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is  for this role
