Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and produce digital and print assets, including social media graphics, email campaigns, advertisements, and presentations, that align with F.H. Furr's brand standards. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions. 
• Take ownership of projects, from brainstorming ideas to delivering polished designs on schedule. 
• Edit, refine, and update existing design materials to maintain consistency across platforms. 
• Research industry and design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. 
• Organize and manage design files, ensuring assets are easily accessible and project timelines are met. 
• Adapt to feedback and challenges with a positive attitude and a drive to improve. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
• 1-2 years of graphic design experience, including internships or freelance work. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Motion, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other design tools is a bonus. 
• Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and layout design. 
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines. 
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. 
• Willingness to learn new tools and techniques to stay ahead in the field. 
• Open-minded with a passion for ongoing personal and professional growth. 
• Excellent time management and communication skills to handle multiple projects effectively. 

Preferred Skills (Bonus): 

• Experience with web design tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch. 
• Basic knowledge of social media platform design specifications. 
• Illustration or motion graphics expertise. 
• Photography or video editing skills.
