Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Explain insurance products and services in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear understanding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist clients with policy renewals, changes, and claims processing.

• Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and client follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies aimed at diverse communities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
